Me and only me
Life is a long journey! The longer you travel, the more the destination expands. You can’t travel alone. You need friends and people by your side. Life has no formula, it has complex ways to go. You meet people you never thought you would meet and you go to places you never thought you would have to go to.
Having people by your side helps you to move forward, and they become a living part of your life. A bridge can be port to bring together the two separated worlds, or just a detachment which forms a continuous layer of foliage. People in our lives are there either to bring the best in us and tie up the loose end or there as a shade to cover the exterior parts of your life.
Sometimes it’s hard to know who to trust and how to. Your darkest secret keeper can break your faith and double cross you, whatever the cause that will be divided loyalty. Having this from your most promising friend, the one you trust with your life, the one you are most vulnerable with, the one who knows what’s on the darkest corners of your mind. That will make him a singular friend or an evil enemy.
An intruder doesn’t always have to break the window. Sometimes they already have the key. Our hearts get broken by the people we led in, not random people.
When a house is on fire, you save what you can and you save your life, you don’t go inside, lay in bed and sleep, or offer flowers, gift or give promises when the smoke is taking down the roof. A human heart is the center of all feelings and emotions. It’s the keeper of all senses: love, laughter, pain, hatred, tears, fear, success and failure. Best feelings bring hope and light, bad feelings bring darkness.
How will you escape the fire when it is inside you?
Being deceived hurts, when a wound heals it leaves a scar, it can be of not trusting again or if you do you always have fear to be deceived once more. Human beings are not angels. They make mistakes, they can even hurt you and if you decide to distance yourself from them you end up left alone. What you do is to learn to heal and and by healing you forgive, when you forgive you forget and move on.
If you want to know who to trust, the one who will never deceive you, the perfect one to stick to and feel free with for anything, look in a mirror that’s the only place where he is found!
